Assistant Resident Engineer

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering    
  • Minimum 4 years’ post graduate relevant site and design experience 
  • Familiar with various construction methods and site supervision skills
  • Good site experience and interpersonal skills
  • Capable to work independently   
Responsibilities
  • Carry out site supervision for new developments, A&A and Minor Works as Technical Competent Person (TCP) - T3 of Registered Structural Engineer Stream  
  • Supervision the production of Precast Facade works and Heat Soak Tests of tempered glass panes at PRC
  • Conduct site safety and quality audit check for our Group’s projects
  • Comments on method statement and works sequence submitted by contractors for site safety and cost enhancement  
  • Conduct structural and foundation design to support design changes for fast track construction
