Executive Trainee Programme

We manage the leasing function of the Group’s office portfolios at various locations across Hong Kong and the mainland. Our main scope of work includes formulating leasing strategies, conducting market research, working with agencies partners and tenants on leasing matters, planning and marketing of new projects, etc.

As a Trainee, you will:

• Conduct market research on office portfolios
• Liaise with agencies partners and tenants on lease terms
• Coordinate property management issues
• Handle lease administration & reviews and legal matters in relation to tenancy agreement
• Assist in new projects planning and marketing

As a Trainee, you will:

• Formulate marketing programme for residential and serviced apartments leasing market
• Make use of different approaches to build customer relationships, understand their needs and establish the best service practices
• Establish leasing partnership, manage leasing matters, handle legal documentations and conduct market research

We manage the leasing activities of the Group's shopping malls located all over the Territory. The main scope of work of our retail leasing team includes formulating leasing strategies, planning and implementing the trade mix of shopping malls, attending to tenancy-related matters and managing fitting-out and renovation strategies.

As a Trainee, you will:

• Understand leasing strategies of shopping malls and how to reposition / revamp a shopping centre
• Conduct market research and various analysis
• Assist in renovation projects of shopping malls
• Coordinate management issues
• Administer lease review and handle legal matters in relation to tenancy agreement
