Forest Hills is in the northern part of the Tianhe District, a prosperous business area in Guangzhou. It is close to the Guangzhou East railway station at the interchange of Metro Lines 1 and 5, with through train services to Hong Kong. Forest Hills covers over 1.9 million square feet of gross floor area. The project consists of seven high-rise residential towers with more than 740 units. The 39-storey office tower has 33 floors for office space and three floors for retail at the podium.
