The aim of the training programme was to enhance the capabilities of rural doctors in Nanjiang county so that local residents can enjoy quality medical services. The training programme, organized by the Nanjiang County Health Bureau, provided five terms of training courses from 2018 to 2020 for about 500 rural doctors in the county.
