Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as data analyst or equivalent role, preferably with knowledge in database engineering or database programming
• Good command of SQL & Python.  Knowledge in Power BI & Tableau an advantage
• Proven English proficiency
• Detail-minded with strong analytical skills and good report writing skills
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends & public holidays
   

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses for Hong Kong residential property market, compile timely and insightful reports
• Automate data collection, pre-processing tasks, reports generation and visualization workflows
• Maintain database integrity through data cleansing, quality management and participate in integration projects
• Compile system documentation including user manuals
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and other related projects as assigned

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Data Analyst.)
