Senior Officer - Partnership and Rewards Management

The Point is the Integrated Loyalty Program for Sun Hung Kai Properties Group (SHKP) which is one of the largest loyalty programs in Hong Kong with multi-million membership base. It covers 26 major shopping malls and business units under SHKP.
The Partnership and Rewards Team is in charge of procuring exclusive and delightful rewards/offers for our members to enhance their loyalty towards our malls and BUs. It involves developing strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including our tenant brands, malls, BUs and external partners.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join the Partnership and Rewards Team.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in business development, sales, partner management.
- Experience in working with retail brands, shopping malls and consumer services
- Marketing experience including briefing and working with creative designers, copywriting and ability to independently execute campaigns
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with planning and organizational skills that deliver against targets
- Able to thrive in fast-paced working environment and multi-task. Detail-orientation in execution
- Adept at basic analytical and presentation software
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Responsibilities

Be the Relationship Manager for a set of tenants/partners to help improve their overall members’ engagement and loyalty within the Point program. Specifically, oversee the strategic planning, target setting and delivery of campaigns/offers/rewards to drive traffic and deliver incremental/linked sales
- Ideate, design and negotiate desirable and exclusive offers for the Point members
- Seamless execution of the campaigns and offers in the most impactful way via app, mall, tenant/partner’s POS, customer communications and social media
- For our Gold (VIP) members, develop unique and privileged experiences and offers
- Be the contact for tenant engagement to roll out various digital initiatives with shopping mall tenant brand partners including points earn, points burn, and participation in our campaigns and offers
- Ensure seamless customer experience for reward/offer redemption and work with our Customer Service teams and partners to resolve any issues
- Regularly monitor and analyze tenants’ and partners program, loyalty metrics and performance. Analyze campaign performances via our system dashboards and identify improvement opportunities for tenants/partners for current and future initiatives
