Senior Technical Services / Project Manager - Residential

Requirements
  • Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in property maintenance / renovation projects
  • Practical hands-on experience in managing luxury residential properties
  • Conversant with statutory regulations and requirements in Hong Kong
  • Independent and with all-round knowledge of repair and maintenance in electrical system, plumbing and drainage, A&A and builder’s works
  • Good communication skills and able to coordinate with different parties on project progress
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical team on interior renovation, repair and maintenance & large-scale renovation projects of leased residential properties
  • Provide technical advices and recommendations on repair and improvement works
  • Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance works
  • Conduct study on cost control measures for building works
  • Monitor contractors’ performance
  • Coordinate with leasing / customer service / project management teams to ensure smooth completion of projects
