Building Services Engineer (Plumbing & Drainage)

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Building Services or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in contractor or consultant firm in plumbing & drainage design & installation
  • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Capable to handle projects independently
  • Good knowledge in Auto-CAD, experience with using Revit is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for plumbing & drainage design, co-ordination & project administration of building services systems in existing & new development
  • Monitor design & site progress
  • Coordinate with various in-house departments and external consultants
