The Suzhou project is under construction on three developments with a total gross floor area of about 3.5 million square feet, including Lake Genève, Suzhou ICC and a top brand hotel – Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou. Rising nearly 300 metres high, Suzhou ICC is situated in the eastern Jinji Lake business area and is being developed into an integrated property.
This nearly-two-million-square-foot landmark will comprise grade-A offices, premium residences and a shopping mall. The project also offers convenient intra- and inter-city transport as it will be linked to two metro line stations and a stop along the Shanghai-Suzhou express rail line. The opening of the Jinji Lake Tunnel linking the eastern and western banks of the lake in late 2022 has further bolstered the transportation network of the project.

Residential
Lake Genève is a low-density waterfront residential project. With Phase 1 completed and Phase 2A completed in mid 2021, the project will provide over 240 luxury townhouses. Located on Jinjihu Avenue by the south shore of Jinji Lake, it is bordered by Jinji Lake to the north and Jinji Lake golf course to the south.
More than boasting a prime Suzhou area location, Lake Genève is conveniently linked to the major cities of Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou by a network of highways and rail lines. It will also provide convenient access to the Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Hongqiao and Wuxi Sunan international airports.
Hotel
The development of the Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is currently under way, offering some 200 exclusive suites and 11 villas that provide lake views and top-notch facilities and services. Slated for opening in the fourth quarter of 2023, this urban resort hotel targeting tourists and business travellers will be the first Four Seasons Hotel in Jiangsu Province.
