The Qingsheng Project is a mixed-use transit-oriented development (TOD) in Guangzhou’s Nansha Free Trade Zone. The project enjoys seamless connectivity to Nanshabei Station – a transport hub for both the High-Speed Rail and Guangzhou Metro Line – offering convenient access to downtown Guangzhou and other cities across the Greater Bay Area.

The first phase will feature a four-storey shopping mall, complemented by lush outdoor green spaces and leisure areas. The superstructure of the mall has been topped out. The public transport interchange has been completed, handed over to the government, and is now fully operational.
