Programme Details
During the two-year programme, trainees will work in host functions, with cross-departmental attachment training, classroom training and on-the-job coaching to be offered to support the trainees’ development of management and functional competence.
Trainees will be assigned to business functions in the mainland to meet the Group’s organizational needs upon successful completion of the programme.

Retail Leasing/Promotions
We manage the leasing and marketing activities of a wide portfolio of the Group’s shopping malls located all over the Territory. Our main scope of work includes formulating marketing strategies, planning and implementing the trade mix of shopping malls, attending to tenancy-related matters, planning & organizing promotion activities and managing fitting-out and renovation strategies.
Management Trainees will gain exposure to the following areas:
- Understanding the full development process of shopping mall leasing, including shopping mall leasing, renovation management, marketing and membership management
- Conduct market research, including market trends, brand trends, tenant development, tenant promotion plans and needs
- Understanding shopping mall leasing and marketing strategies
- Implement marketing strategy and plan implementation
- Coordinating with all aspects of property, engineering and design projects
- Lease administration and reviews; handling legal matters in relation to tenancy agreement
- Maintain the relationship between merchants or partners and shopping malls
- Understanding business negotiations and follow up project progress
VIC Lounge Service
This team is responsible for the exclusive customer service at the company's shopping mall, including VIC Lounge reception and service, implementation of membership plans, maintaining high-end customer relationships etc.
Management Trainees will gain exposure to the following areas:
- Assist in VIC Lounge reception, provide high-end services for elite clients, learn reception etiquette and communication skills, and participate in the planning of marketing promotion activities
- Participate in the daily membership operations, assist in optimizing member promotion strategies, and improve user activity
- Proficiency in VIC information, reception norms and service standards
- Support member events from planning to execution. Make sure events run smoothly and maintain good relationships with VICs
- Collect feedback from VICs on mall promotion activities, analysis and provide suggestions for promotion teams
- Rotation within the Leasing and Promotion team to gain insights into their operations. Leverage this expertise to align lounge service offerings with departmental initiatives, boosting VIC retention and mall loyalty
- Learn about brand-related history, market trends and the development of art and culture to enhance VIC experience
Office Sales & Leasing
The team is responsible for the sales and leasing of the Group’s office building projects. The scope of work includes monitoring market trends, developing and executing sales and leasing plans, and related activities.
Management Trainees will gain exposure to the following areas:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and client needs
- Implement office building sales, leasing, and marketing strategies
- Participate in communications with major agencies and clients
- Develop proficiency in handling contracts, reports, and other relevant documents, with an understanding of legal matters
- Contribute to office building asset management
Learning and Development
Classroom Training and Corporate Events
A comprehensive training curriculum is tailored for trainees to accelerate their development. At the beginning of the programme, trainees are arranged to undergo an induction programme to familiarize themselves with the company businesses and corporate values. Throughout the programme, they are provided with ample opportunities to participate in various structured classroom training and corporate events to sharpen their communication, presentation, problem solving and leadership skills. Furthermore, training courses on diversified topics are available for the trainees to pursue their personal development.
