Located in the mature part of the Tianfu New District, Chengdu, JOVOTOWN provides over 4,000 residential units situated in 25 towers, each 26 to 37 storeys, covering a total gross floor area of about 6.8 million square feet. The residences offer comfort and convenience and a variety of living amenities. This residential enclave is within a 10-minute walk to an interchange station of two existing metro lines, including a line to the airport.

Phases 1 and 2 of the development have been completed and handed over. Some units in Phase 3 were launched and handed over in 2022.
