Grand Waterfront, with a gross floor area of about 4.5 million square feet, is a riverfront residential development located in the centre of Shilong Town in northern Dongguan.  The project is surrounded by rivers on three sides and most of the apartments offer views of the Dongjiang River and Shahe. Facilities include a British-style floral garden, an infinity pool, a waterfront promenade and street-level retail outlets. 

The project is located near Dongguan Station, which connects to the high-speed rail network and a metro line, providing convenient access to Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Residents can also transfer to DongGuan Rail Transit for travel to other parts of the city.
