Sun Hung Kai Properties’ (SHKP) Yee Fai Construction and SmarTone have jointly developed SmartWorks to enhance occupational safety and worker health, and leveraging the 5G network, to further optimize the operational workflow. SHKP is committed to Building Homes with Heart, and SmartWorks is the latest initiative to use innovative technology to develop premium properties.
SmartWorks is an award-winning solution, which boosts construction safety and operational efficiency. Based on cloud and the Internet of Things technology, it is a smart site management system and enhances worker safety and operational efficiency by employing image analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Leveraging leading-edge 5G network

Safety features include Smart Helmets, SmartHealth Station, large-machine safety-alert system, access control, andenvironmental station.
