Senior Property Investment Officer

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, surveying (general practice) / real estate or related disciplines
  • A professional member from HKIS / RICS / CFA / CAIA is required
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in property investments, valuation or development consultancy; within which at least 3 years practising property investment and asset management with property developers, real estate consultant, landlords or investment institutions
  • Solid financial modeling, research, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities and market sense
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities
  • Exploring & identifying investment and business development opportunities
  • Participating in sourcing and structuring for investments and acquisition process
  • Preparing investment and divestment proposals and presentations to Senior Management
  • Conducting regular researches and studies to identify veteran practice in real estate development and investment sector
