Bachelor’s degree in finance, surveying (general practice) / real estate or related disciplines
A professional member from HKIS / RICS / CFA / CAIA is required
Minimum 6 years’ experience in property investments, valuation or development consultancy; within which at least 3 years practising property investment and asset management with property developers, real estate consultant, landlords or investment institutions
Solid financial modeling, research, communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities and market sense
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Exploring & identifying investment and business development opportunities
Participating in sourcing and structuring for investments and acquisition process
Preparing investment and divestment proposals and presentations to Senior Management
Conducting regular researches and studies to identify veteran practice in real estate development and investment sector
