Business Analyst

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in business and data analysis
  • Consultancy background is preferred, good knowledge/experience in Real Estate sector is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and capacity to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge in Salesforce and Opera will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong attention to detail and data organization skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
Responsibilities
  • Process raw data for accuracy and consistency, integrating data from multiple sources 
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and insights
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards to aid non-technical stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies
  • Assist to prepare management presentation materials
  • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned
