Requirements

The SHKP Club was established by Sun Hung Kai Properties to provide information and benefits for its members, who currently number over 550,000. We are now looking for high caliber candidates to fill in the following vacancy:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing communication field, with strong exposure to Mainland China marketing
• Experience in CRM, content marketing, digital marketing, public relations is preferred. Agency experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English; fluent in Putonghua is essential
• Independent, mature, proactive, well-organized, accountable, detail-oriented and capable of handling multi-tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure & meet tight schedule; fieldwork, occasional work on weekends and public holidays and travel to the mainland are required
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize high quality marketing content for Hong Kong and Mainland projects, such as WeChat, social media, leaflets, websites, app banners and press releases
• Plan, and execute member activities and Club events in both the Mainland and Hong Kong, specifically focusing on onsite member acquisition in the Mainland & Hong Kong, property viewing, show flat/ property tours and seminars to enhance customer engagement and provide increased value to members, particularly those who are living in our Mainland properties
• Partner directly with Group business units to plan, design and implement innovative online and offline marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on the Mainland customer engagement and cross-broader initiatives
• Prepare strategic marketing proposals and conduct in-depth analysis, including regular reporting on campaign performance and actionable insights for optimisation and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned
