Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture / architecture or construction related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience, with construction site experience will be advantage
• Post-qualification in project management experience preferably gained in landscape or related discipline consultancy firms or developers.
• Responsible, well-organized, independent and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop
• Knowledge on BIM and Lumion will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Frequent coordination with contractors to resolve technical issues on site.
• Responsible for overall project management, and maintain project quality and time control on landscape works.
• Frequent meets with clients and consultants in decision-making role.
• Preparation on drawings and design presentation

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position.)
