Located at the gateway to Orchard Road in Singapore, the ION Orchard shopping mall is home to 300-plus stores spanning more than 950,000 square feet of gross floor area over eight floors, housing international fashion brands and lifestyle shops. Events and promotions such as the food and heritage trail are regularly held.

ION Orchard provides gourmet food from all over the world in its coffee shops, casual dining restaurants, fine dining restaurants, snack bars and patisseries. Located on B4, the ION Food Hall is one of the largest food courts on Orchard Road, offering a myriad of choices ranging from local favourites to international cuisines.

Designed by leading architects at Benoy, the mall's façade is wrapped in multimedia architecture. ION² is a partially sheltered public space for large-scale events and gatherings.

The ION Art gallery on level four is an exhibition space dedicated to contemporary Asian art. The two-level ION Sky has a viewing platform where multimedia shows portray Singapore's transformation from a fishing port to bustling cosmopolitan city, before revealing panoramic 360-degree views of the city skyline from Orchard Road's tallest point.
