Anchoring the gateway to Orchard Road, ION Orchard spans eight levels and 640,000 square feet of retail space, housing nearly 300 global flagship and concept stores.

Seamlessly connected to Orchard MRT station, which is served by both the North-South Line and the Thomson-East Coast Line, the mall was the first in Singapore to introduce triplex and duplex retail spaces. Its exterior features a 189-square-metre high-definition LED screen capable of 3D anamorphic displays, making it a prominent visual landmark in the district.

The mall offers a diverse tenant mix of watches and jewellery, fashion, accessories, sports, lifestyle, and dining. Level 3 is dedicated to fine watches and high-jewellery maisons.

Dining options are distributed throughout the mall, ranging from Michelin-starred restaurants and specialty cafes to snack shops and bakeries. The ION Food Hall is one of the largest food courts on Orchard Road.

The mall features various event spaces, as well as cultural and leisure amenities. Its most distinctive highlight is ION Sky, an observation deck located 218 metres above ground level offering panoramic city views.
