Guangzhou South Station ICC is a large-scale transit-oriented development (TOD) comprising Grade A offices, the Parc Central (Guangzhou South) shopping mall, premium residences Forest Park, a hotel and serviced apartments.
The project offers seamless connectivity to Guangzhou South Railway Station – the country’s busiest high speed rail station – with direct access to 12 rail lines, including high-speed, intercity and metro services, as well as five expressways. This comprehensive transport network provides unrivalled connectivity: about 10 minutes to downtown Guangzhou, 28 minutes to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and as fast as 47 minutes to Hong Kong West Kowloon.
Poised to become a new landmark in the Greater Bay Area, the project is being developed in phases. The first phase of Forest Park, the residential portion, has been completed and handed over. Featuring superior amenities, professional property management and an extensive transportation network, Forest Park sets a new benchmark for quality living. The retail complex, Parc Central (Guangzhou South), and the first phase of the office portion will be completed in the second half of 2026.
Guangzhou South Station ICC will create strong synergies with ICC and IGC in Hong Kong, forming a strategic hub to drive GBA integration.
