Guangzhou South Station ICC is a large-scale transit-oriented development (TOD). The project offers seamless connectivity to Guangzhou South Railway Station, the country’s busiest High Speed Rail Station, and direct access to 12 rail lines, including high-speed, intercity and metro services, as well as five expressways. This comprehensive transport network provides unrivalled connectivity: 10 minutes to downtown Guangzhou, 28 minutes to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and 47 minutes to Hong Kong West Kowloon .

Poised to become a new landmark in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), the project is being developed in phases. The first phase of Forest Park, the residential portion, was successfully handed over in the first half of 2025. Featuring superior amenities, professional property management and extensive transportation network, Forest Park sets a new benchmark for quality living. The first phase of the office portion and the retail complex, Parc Central (Guangzhou South), will be completed in the second half of 2026. 

Guangzhou South Station ICC will create strong synergy with ICC and the mega project on top of the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus in Hong Kong, forming a strategic hub to drive GBA integration.
