Sun Hung Kai Centre was one of the first grade-A office buildings in Wan Chai North, which is close to the Exhibition Centre Station at the East Rail Line. It has a 54-storey open view of Victoria Harbour. Major buildings nearby include the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre as well as various government offices such as the Inland Revenue Department, Immigration Department and other official agencies including the Trade Development Council.
