About
IGC is a large-scale integrated commercial development atop the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus, Hong Kong’s only high-speed rail station. The office component comprises two sets of twin-block towers offering approximately 2.6 million square feet of world-class grade-A office space.
The development offers unrivalled connectivity. It is seamlessly linked to the high-speed rail station and the Airport Express while enjoying convenient access to three MTR lines. It will be served by the Sky Walk - a 1.5-kilometre elevated link connecting Jordan and Yau Ma Tei with the West Kowloon promenade and the West Kowloon Cultural District. Complementing this exceptional accessibility is a five-level shopping mall spanning more than 600,000 square feet of gross floor area, offering a vibrant mix of shopping and dining options that create an engaging environment for office workers and visitors alike.
Beyond connectivity, IGC delivers a high-quality urban workplace environment with 100,000 square feet of open space and more than 200,000 square feet of greenery. Designed by the renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, the development sets new global benchmarks for sustainability. It has achieved the highest pre-certification ratings under LEED, BEAM Plus, WELL, China Green Building Label (CGBL) and China Healthy Building Label (CHBL). IGC is also the first office project in the Greater Bay Area to achieve Excellent rating in BREEAM International New Construction.
