International Commerce Centre (ICC)

About

The International Commerce Centre (ICC) is Hong Kong’s tallest building, standing at 118 storeys and offering 2.5 million square feet of premium Grade A office space. It serves as the regional headquarters of numerous international financial institutions.

Strategically located above the Airport Express Kowloon Station, ICC provides seamless connectivity to the airport and key city areas via the Airport Express, Tung Chung Line, and Tuen Ma Line. Its close proximity to the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus enables it to capitalize on growing cross-border traffic through the Express Rail Link. Nearby, the West Kowloon Cultural District adds to the area’s dynamic appeal.

The ICC houses the luxury hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and is directly connected to an upscale shopping complex and W Hong Kong hotel, creating an integrated precinct that combines business, hospitality and high-end retail.
Strongly committed to sustainability, ICC is the first building in Asia to attain Platinum certification under the LEED v5.0 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings standards from the U.S. Green Building Council.
