This project is the Group’s another landmark development in the area following its winning the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus Development tender in 2019. Mr Kwok said the National 14th Five-year Plan has expressed clear support for Hong Kong to develop into an East-meets-West centre for international cultural exchange. SHKP believes that upon completion of the Artist Square Towers Project, Hong Kong will be one of most vibrant arts and cultural hubs in the world. The Artist Square Towers Project is not purely a commercial development. It is an integral part of the West Kowloon Cultural District and will certainly help foster the development of Eastern and Western arts and cultural exchanges in Hong Kong. It is also set to create synergy with the nearby ICC and the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus Development, further boosting the area’s status as a unique commercial, cultural, arts, retail, entertainment and transportation hub in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
