Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP), the Sai Sha Comprehensive Development was awarded the HKIS Excellence in Surveying Award, the highest honour of the HKIS Awards 2026. The project was also recognized with a Gold Award in the Planning & Development category.

Well recognized by the jury 

Under the theme “Surveying for Innovative Solutions”, the HKIS Awards 2026 featured a rigorous multi-stage evaluation process, including preliminary assessments, on-site inspections, and jury presentations. A panel of 10 industry experts unanimously selected the Sai Sha Comprehensive Development as the recipient of the HKIS Excellence in Surveying Award. They commended the project for excellence in master planning, handover management, cost and risk control, and comprehensive stakeholder engagement. They also recognized the project’s effective management, which balanced programme, quality and efficiency. 

The Sai Sha Comprehensive Development is SHKP’s flagship project, the culmination of more than three decades of planning and development. With a total site area of more than 6.7 million square feet, the project encompasses residential towers, a 1.3-million-square-foot sports and commercial complex GO PARK Sai Sha, and the widening of Sai Sha Road. It stands as Hong Kong’s first integrated development that seamlessly combine nature, sports, entertainment, dining and leisure with modern urban living, reflecting SHKP’s dedication to Building Homes with Heart.

The biennial HKIS Awards aim to recognise the contributions of surveyors. This year’s awards recognize innovative applications of technology in cost management, risk control, asset management, and project management.
