Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
8 - 10 years’ relevant experience in marketing and event management, including corporate and CSR events; experience in hotel / hospitality industry an added advantage
Strong in customer relationship management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with good organizational ability
Good command of written & spoken English and fluent in spoken Putonghua

Devise a business plan and lead the team to achieve goals and targets
Build and maintain relationships with different internal and external stakeholders
Initiate partnerships and collaborations with potential clients
Organise and manage corporate / CSR events from planning to on-site logistics
Conduct regular business and operations review to improve service standards and control costs
Produce reports on budgeting, forecast and business analysis
