Senior Officer - Office Administration

任职要求
  • Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years' office administration experience in sizable companies
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Able to work independently, organized & detail-minded
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing; CAD knowledge preferred
  • Occasional work required during weekends or public holidays
职责描述
  • Provide comprehensive office administration support, including procurement of office supplies, computer equipment
  • Manage external vendors to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with contractual agreements
  • Coordinate with internal departments on office space planning, allocation, and setup to meet operational requirements
  • Oversee office renovation, relocation, and removal projects, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to business activities
  • Compile, maintain, and present relevant reports, records, and documentation to support management decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards in all administrative activities
