任職要求
- Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 8 years' office administration experience in sizable companies
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Able to work independently, organized & detail-minded
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing; CAD knowledge preferred
- Occasional work required during weekends or public holidays
職責描述
- Provide comprehensive office administration support, including procurement of office supplies, computer equipment
- Manage external vendors to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with contractual agreements
- Coordinate with internal departments on office space planning, allocation, and setup to meet operational requirements
- Oversee office renovation, relocation, and removal projects, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to business activities
- Compile, maintain, and present relevant reports, records, and documentation to support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards in all administrative activities
