任職要求
- University graduate, preferably major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, business or related disciplines
- At least 10 years’ strong record in data analytics and business insights of loyalty programs in fast-paced industries such as FMCG / retail / shopping malls / telecommunications
- Strong business acumen to identify key business drivers and customer needs, draw relevant data insights & recommendations to achieve business goals
- Experienced in evaluating business results and developing data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI etc) that brings actionable insight
- Proficiency in advanced data tools such as SQL and Python will be a plus; experience in advanced analytics and applying AI tools in analytics will be a plus
- Effective in communicating key findings and insight to senior executives and business partners, driving timely actions and smart decisions
- Strong passion in driving business growth, while staying agile and adaptive to market changes; able to cope with fast-paced environment and organize multiple & competing priorities simultaneously
職責描述
- Manage the overall data analytics framework for the loyalty program with an aim to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Timely support the program and business stakeholders to recommend key business insights and strategy;
- Evaluate business trends, customer behaviors and impact of key business initiatives; develop executive-ready reports
- Oversee the execution of data management and analytics strategy including data governance, management, modeling, segmentation etc.
- Bring in best practices in advanced data analytics and predictive modelling for digital marketing, campaign management and related initiatives
- Work closely with related partners to ensure relevant data mapping and effective use of data
