任職要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architectural Studies, Project Management, Hospitality or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years’ working experience, including solid technical services experience in sizeable hotels in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China
• Prior working experience in hotel engineering department, project management or pre-opening of hotels
• Experience in sustainability solutions and financial feasibility study an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and good business acumen
• Be resilient and able to work under pressure and demanding deadlines
• Highly motivated, detail-minded with multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

職責描述

• Review and oversee capital expenditures of portfolio hotels
• Responsible for technical feasibility and positioning of new hotels and renovations
• Review asset enhancement strategies to improve hotel profitability
• Work closely with international hotel operators and review portfolio hotels performance
• Collaborate with technical services team of hotel operators for projects management of hotels
• Drive the implementation of sustainability and technological initiatives for portfolio hotels

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Manager - Asset Management.)
