任職要求
- F.7 or above
- Minimum 4 years’ administrative experience
- Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Good organizational skill and detail-minded
- Polite, pleasant and mature
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
職責描述
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members
- Assist in organizing meetings, handle invoice payments, prepare expense reports, manage office supplies, data entry, filing, etc.
- Support leasing administration, including preparing tenancy and legal documents
- Coordinate with vendors and internal business units
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
