任職要求

• Degree holder in Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in interior/architectural design 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in overseeing development projects (residential & retail)
• Proficient in design computer software,  i.e. Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Microsoft 365, etc.
• Proven English and Chinese proficiency
   

職責描述

• Assist in spatial planning, interior design and styling, execution and construction supervision of projects as detailed above
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal departments with regard to the project design and marketing
• Monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
• Tackle problems encountered on site and liaise with parties to provide solutions

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior positions)
