We initiated a three-year warranty policy for new residential developments in 2013. This is the longest warranty period offered by any Hong Kong developer, reflecting our full confidence in the high quality of our products.

Maintaining Close Relationships with Customers

The SHKP Club, launched in 1996, is a platform for engaging and building long-term relationships with our customers. It was the first and is the largest developer-loyalty club in Hong Kong, with over 420,000 members to date.
