Following the incident, we have conducted a thorough investigation and followed up with the involved employee. To prevent the recurrence of similar incident, we will continue to monitor our health and safety risks and raise awareness among our employees. This includes reviewing our safety management practices, enhancing site supervision and respective training to safeguard and protect our employees.
