Following the incidents, the injured employees received necessary medical care. To prevent future recurrences, we implemented follow- up actions, such as equipment inspections, health and safety education, and documentation on equipment usage. 25 The major causes of work-related ill health are contusion, bruise, sprain and strain. 26 The figure has been restated to reflect the actual situation in that year. 27 Return to work rate refers to the total number of employees that did return to work after parental leave per the total number of employees due to return to work after taking parental leave. 28 Retention rate refers to the total number of employees retained 12 months after returning to work following a period of parental leave per the total number of employees returning from parental leave in the prior reporting period. 29 23,311 of our full-time employees attended internal and external anti-corruption training in 2023/24, totalling 6,592 training hours.
