The Group recognized as a Regional Top-rated ESG Performer by Sustainalytics 集團獲 Sustainalytics 評為亞太區域 ESG 最高評級企業 The Group’s steadfast efforts in fostering sustainable development have been recognized by various local and global indices, and it is honoured to be recognized as a Regional Top-rated ESG Performer for the first time in the Sustainalytics’ ESG Risk Ratings, which encompass over 14,000 companies across 42 industries. Sustainalytics is a leading independent ESG research, ratings and data firm. The fact that the Group has not only maintained its Low-Risk rating but has also been acknowledged as a Regional Top-rated ESG Performer underscores the Group’s proactive efforts to improve its ESG performance. The recently launched video highlights the numerous sustainability efforts of Sun Hung Kai Centre, which demonstrate the Group’s commitment to staying in line with the latest trends through continuous enhancements and innovations. The building has undergone retro-commissioning for its various systems to ensure optimum efficiency, and a smart building management system has also been introduced to save energy and reduce emissions. Since 2005, over 65 million kWh of electricity has been saved, resulting in an impressive reduction of 42,000 tonnes of carbon emissions. The Group will continue to monitor and enhance the environmental performance of its existing buildings, aiming to achieve LEED certification for all new investment properties, in particular, LEED Gold or Platinum rating for core commercial projects under development. 作為集團的總部，新鴻基中心多年來貫徹集團“與時並進“的理念，通過不斷優化 及創新，以超過 40 年樓齡榮獲 LEED “ v4.1 運營與維護：既有建築”鉑金級認證。 在日前推出 的 全新短片 中 便記錄了新鴻基中心在可持續發展方面的努力，如何對 多項機電設備系統進行重新校驗，確保它們發揮最佳效能，並引入智能大廈管理 系統，實施節能減排，提升能源效益。自 2005 年至今，共節省超過 6,500 萬度 電，減少 42,000 噸碳排放，成效顯著。 集團不斷監察和提升現有建築物的環保表現，力求為所有新落成的投資物業取得 LEED 認證，其中核心商業項目均以獲得 LEED 金級或鉑金級認證為目標，為香港 的可持續發展出一份力。 19
