Forest Park, a residential development in the Group’s wholly owned, large-scale, iconic integrated development, Guangzhou South Station ICC, is releasing its latest batch of units for sale. Its initial batch of 20 units for Hong Kong was sold out earlier. Situated in the Guangzhou South Railway Station hub, Forest Park boasts premium amenities and extensive transportation connectivity – taking only about 45 minutes to reach Hong Kong West Kowloon Terminus. The Dongxiaonan Expressway is expected to be completed by the end of this year, which will reduce the travelling time to the heart of Guangzhou to just 15 minutes.
