Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Minimum 4 years’ secretarial/personal assistant experience
  • Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Responsibilities
  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Executives
  • Manage scheduling, filing and travel arrangement
  • Consolidating and compiling reports
