- Minimum 4 years’ administrative experience
- Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Good organizational skill and detail-minded
- Polite, pleasant and mature
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members
- Prepare leasing documents and update the leasing system
- Handle invoices and payments
