- Minimum 4 years’ secretarial/personal assistant experience
- Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Executives
- Manage scheduling, filing and travel arrangement
- Consolidating and compiling reports
