SHKP vertically integrates the overall development process with internal teams from planning, design and sourcing all the way to construction, landscaping and property management in order to maintain strict quality control. SHKP was the first local developer with the confidence in its product quality to offer a three-year warranty on new Hong Kong residential units, showing its unwavering commitment to buyers. In recent years, the Group has also been constantly introducing new technologies as well as incorporating sustainability and green considerations into its projects.
