Sustainability Reports 2022/23

Our skilled and innovative team responds to market demands and maintains our sustainability performance. During the reporting year, a total of 65 accredited Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM) professionals contributed to our sustainable development. We use green and smart technology to optimize energy efficiency, material use and waste management. Careful oversight means potential environmental issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Key Sustainable Building Performance Highlights as at June 2023 2 Includes BEAM Plus new and existing buildings (comprehensive and selective schemes), LEED or BREEAM certificates received by projects under development and properties owned or managed by SHKP in Hong Kong. 3 Target to achieve 87% by end of FY 2025/26.
