Our Business About Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited SHKP has been a publicly listed company in Hong Kong since 1972 and is currently one of the largest property developers in the territory to offer premium-quality residential properties, offices, shopping malls and industrial buildings. Our core business, property development for sale and investment, adopts a vertically integrated model from land acquisition, project planning, project management, material sourcing and construction through to sales and marketing and property management. We also have operations in hotels and construction as well as insurance and mortgage services that create synergies with our core business. In addition, we invest in telecommunications, information technology, infrastructure and other businesses to diversify our business risk and maintain the Group’s long-term recurrent income streams.
