Our core business, property development for sale and investment, adopts a vertically integrated model from land acquisition, project planning, project management, material sourcing and construction, through to sales and marketing and property management. We maintain a portfolio of hotels and construction as well as insurance and mortgage services that create synergies with our core business. We also invest in telecommunications, information technology, infrastructure and other businesses to diversify our business risks, thus contributing to the Group’s long-term recurrent income streams.
