20 獎項 SHKP won three awards at the sixth ESG Leading Enterprises 2024, co-organized by Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition and Deloitte: the ESG Leading Enterprise Award, the Leading Social Initiative Award and the Sustainability Supply Chain Award. This recognition reflects the market’s high regard for the Group’s dedication to integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) elements into its business development. SHKP was the first developer to lend private land to the government for free for developing Light Public Housing (LPH) and has continued to support the government’s efforts to address the shortage of public housing by filling the short-term gap in public housing supply. The LPH project on Yau Pok Road, Yuen Long received the Leading Social Initiative Award. Providing about 2,150 LPH units on the 960,000-square-foot site, this will be one of the first LPH projects to start taking in residents in 2025, an illustration of SHKP’s commitment to working for the greater good of the community. Sanfield (Management) Limited, the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, launched Hong Kong’s first sustainability-linked supplier payment services (SPS) programme in the construction industry.
