SHKP-Kwoks’ Foundation meets with representatives of various universities 新鴻基地產郭氏基金與多家大學會面交流 The SHKP-Kwoks’ Foundation (the Foundation) is committed to cultivate talent for the country by building close ties with various universities. SHKP-Kwoks’ Foundation Executive Director Amy Kwok recently met with a delegation from Peking University, led by Prof Ning Qi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the university. During the meeting, Ms Kwok said Pek ing University offers disciplinar y diversification and encouraged the beneficiar y students to "travel, see and learn" more to broaden their horizons. Among such properties, International Commerce Centre (ICC) has won the prestigious award “Project of the Year (Commercial/ Industrial Building)” in the CIBSE Hong Kong Awards 2023, organized by the CIBSE Hong Kong Region, showing that the excellent performance of the Kai Shing team is highly affirmed by the industry. ICC has leveraged Building Information Modelling and Digital Twin technology to enhance facility operations and monitoring. Unmanned drones are used for exterior inspections, coupled with artificial intelligence and augmented reality technologies, helping the team remotely monitor the status of the facilities it manages. ICC has fully adopted an AI-based air conditioning system.
