Nanjing One IFC opens, boosting the city’s business environment Nanjing IFC is the Group’s third IFC project after those in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Located in the Hexi Central Business District, the 316,000-square- metre (3.4 million-square-foot) integrated complex comprises two premium grade-A office towers, a luxury shopping mall and a chic five-star boutique hotel.
