位於北角海匯酒店基座的 Harbour North@VIC ，自去年底開業以 來，表現理想。於去年聖誕節及今年農歷新年期間，商場更與海 匯酒店連手舉辦了豐富的推廣節目，吸引不少附近居民、上班一 族和在毗鄰酒店住宿的遊客到訪消費，感受全新的海濱購物休閒 體驗。 Harbour North@VIC 隆重開幕 Harbour North@VIC 面積約 6,200 平方米（ 67,000 平方呎），合 共五層，提供 60 間商鋪，涵蓋零售及餐飲，出租率目前達九成。 商場內共有六間首次進駐香港的餐廳，全部坐擁無敵海景，包括 新派粵菜、高級中菜與和風特色食肆。零售方面雲集了 50 多間 商鋪，包括星級彩妝護膚品牌、潮流時尚服裝、珠寶首飾、旅遊 及電子用品等。現時，多家美妝名店、飲食與時尚配飾品牌已經 陸續開幕。 Harbour North@VIC 將與鄰近商場北角匯產生協同效 應。 北角匯為地標項目海璇的商場部分，樓面面積達 13 , 500 平方 米（ 145,000 平方呎），預計大概於未來 12 個月分階段開業。位 於海璇發展項目的基座並連接北角碼頭公共運輸交匯處，為面向 渣華道的九個臨街商鋪，樓面面積合共約 650 平方米（ 7,000 平 方呎），多個著名品牌已落實租約。至於位處海匯酒店與臨街商 鋪中間，同屬海璇發展項目的基座部分，則面積約 12,800 平方 米（ 138,000 平方呎），目前亦有多家品牌陸續落實租務事宜。 待北角匯全面開通後，將匯聚時尚服飾、珠寶鐘錶、美容化妝、 國際餐飲、生活百貨及超級市場等，而特色露天海景餐廳將佔總 樓面面積達 15% 。 海濱購物休閒新地標 北角匯及 Harbour North@VIC 位處貫通港島東西區交通的樞紐， 坐享完善交通網絡；距離港鐵北角站僅數步之遙，加上北角渡輪 碼頭、電車站和巴士總站都近在咫尺，遠近輕鬆可達。 整個零售群以現代生活品味為概念，擁有維港零距離的地理優 勢，盡覽海天一色，同時提供寫意舒適的休閒園區，包括近 14,900 平方米（ 160,000 平方呎）的綠化公共休憩空間、長約 420 米的海濱長廊及大型露天廣場，勢將成為北角區的海濱購物 休閒新地標。 Various brands and restaurants are now in place at Harbour North@VIC 多個品牌及餐廳現已進駐 Harbour North@VIC New shopping and leisure spot along the harbourfront Situated at the transportation hub connecting Island East and Island West, Harbour North and Harbour North@VIC ideally poised to benefit from the comprehensive transportation network.
