of in-house expertise to retain total control over the development
process. A wealth of experience in land acquisition, planning,
design, material purchasing, construction, project monitoring,
sales, property management, maintenance, gardening and more enable
the Group to guarantee quality and efficient service.
Special monitoring team
Close monitoring of design and construction is
necessary to build prime-quality property, which is why the Group
formed an inter-departmental Project Working Group to review the
opinions collected from customers, modify project designs accordingly
and carry out spot checks at work sites. The Group regularly reviews
its internal quality standards and conducts overseas studies to
enhance the quality of its products and services.
New property testing technology
The Group is constantly introducing new techniques
to monitor building quality, like Japanese infrared survey technology
to check the quality of external walls in new projects. It was
the first developer to employ this technology to control external
wall quality, which reassures buyers and preserves property values.
In addition, windows in new properties undergo
two water tests; one for the area between the wall and window
frame, and a second between the window frame and window glass.
The 40-psi tests ensure minimal seepage. |
