New Town Plaza on Sha Tin
Centre Street is the Group's flagship shopping centre,
with around 2,000,000 sq.ft. of total floor area. The
development includes phase 1, phase 3 and HomeSquare, making it one of the largest shopping centres
in Hong Kong.
New Town Plaza Phase 1
New Town Plaza Phase 1 has 10 levels and is home to
many well-known shops. It also features recreational
and leisure facilities including the first Snoopy outdoor
playground in Asia - "Snoopy's World" - and
a two-screen cinema UA.
New Town Plaza Phase 3
New Town Plaza Phase 3 has 3 levels with various children's
wear and toys shops, plus the Yata department store.
