Through Wilson Tunnel Management Limited, the Wilson Group is the appointed operator of the 10.1 km Route 3 Country Park Section. This route consists of the 3.8 km twin-tube three-lane Tai Lam Tunnel, Hong Kong's longest three-lane road tunnel , and the 6.3 km elevated dual three-lane Tsing Long Highway.
A workforce of around 220 is deployed to undertake the daily operation and maintenance of the tunnel and highway on a round-the-clock basis, including traffic control and management, vehicle recovery, traffic law enforcement as well as electrical and mechanical and civil works maintenance. |
